Family & Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner
Dr. Dea Woolard is the founder and clinical leader of Innovated Health, where she currently provides care as a dual board-certified psychiatric and family nurse practitioner.
She established the practice to deliver individualized, whole-person care that recognizes each patient's unique needs, circumstances, and goals, and to build a collaborative team of providers dedicated to mental health and overall wellness.
Her integrative approach recognizes the connection between mental and physical health. She partners with each patient to develop a personalized treatment plan aligned with their needs and goals. Her services include psychiatric evaluations and medication management.
